I saw this nice pair of Earth Origins (Sophie Sandal) women shoes in brown and wanted them. The color advertised online is a pretty brown. The shoes arrived and I opened my package to see this ugly, almost puke color shoe. I was disappointed. I hate the process of sending orders back. BUT, I called and spoke to this wonderful customer services staff: Stephanie, who stayed on the phone with me and placed my reorder. I sure hope I get the pretty brown color with this next shipment; otherwise I will request a refund. Thanks you

Terrible!

Do not order from here! Terrible customer service! Believe the bad reviews!
Terrible! Ordered a pair of shoes fedex lost, in which I understand not the companies fault but this has been happening a ton the lady(customer service rep) said and her best answer is wait 2-6 weeks for a refund! Not even let me send another pair out or let us try to get this claim done sufficiently. Now im out a pair of much needed shoes right after foot surgery and no money for weeks to buy new ones. These things are not cheap. Im super regretful of ordering from here.

No refund!

Returned a pair of sandals due to fit. It's been 6 months & still no refund or credit. Sent 3 emails with no response!

The shoes arrived but didn't fit. Needed to return. No confirmation email so I searched online. Said to use shipping label provided. It appeared that shipping label had been ripped off the shipping notice inside one package and was nonexistent in the other received. Using their online tool didn't work. It just kept getting, "Your order could not be found!"
Also, the form inside the box had impossibly tiny print, as if they wanted it to be impossible to read.

Won't cancel my order! No stars these ppl to deal with!

I ordered sandals on 05/07 tries to cancel this order. These ppl don't want to cancel this orders
They block my calls when I keep calling them / I stopped payment with bank. GOOD WRIITEN PELTZ shoes

Local store just as bad as online

I purchased a pair of $70 sandals and they broke wearing them down my stairs after about a minute of wearing. Attempted to return and was told they were worn and would not return. Am contacting Teva to see if they can exchange. Im not giving them any more money. Hear about them on the radio all the time. Just because someone has an ad budget doesn't mean they are a decent company.

Wrong address

I called Pelz shoes from Clear Water Florida about an order wrong address in which Pay pal system use my former address even though I changed and they sent the item the wrong address anyway I closed PayPal and Pelz account for good. Order 002-ZW5155549

Amazing price, fast delivery: perfect!

Excellent inventory, competitive price (less than half of competitors' prices) for a beautiful pair of boots. And fast delivery! We are perplexed by the poor reviews we've seen--our experience with Peltz Shoes was wonderful!

Return

I give them 1 star. Have not received my return credit. Called twice, with no help from customer service. Finally called my credit card company to dispute my charge.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. BUYER BEWARE

Return/customer service

Return lable was to be attached to shipping order. I had to print myself but label it disappears before I can. Called customer service line. Disconnect after one ring. Verified ño. Several times and same thing happened. Only other choice to send back myself and will have to pay out of pocket.
Now have to wait and see. I tried on in my kitchen and didn't walk anywhere. Box and all in perfect condition. Let's see if they say something is wrong with return or not rec'd in time. Shady, buyer beware! You can see where the return label should have been. Just another inconvenience to interfere with return

Terrible customer service

Ordered 4 pair and only received two. Made me wait three months for an "investigation " and then said they shipped all four pairs with fed ex. Never supplied proof of the shipments do basically charged me for shoes I never received. I ordered them through amazon. Peltz will not stay in business with business practices like this. All I'm asking is to send the items I ordered and paid for. Not too much to ask for. VERY disappointing To be ripped off!

Returning worn shoes

I Ordered Sketchers Women's Work-Oswald -Clara Clogs in Medium.
The new shoes came but where to large after I tried them on the carpet.
Emailed for a refund.
Response came back that they were worn and no refund would be issued. I took it up with Lane, with the company, explaining I hadn't worn them. She said that was their policy and no refund. Frustrated, because I did not wear them I spoke to supervisor named Jennifer N. She said the photo of the bottom of the shoes clearly showe wear and sent it to me.
I was appalled. The soles of the shoes were so worn I made my case that it would have taken walking on concrete for 6 months to obtain that.
I also made my case the shoes were returned in three days. Therefore it was not possible I had done it.
I was advised to take a photos of any shoes when received for that sort of problem.
Jennifer N. Finally believed me and refunded my monies less the S/H. She also told me this would be a one time only acceptance. Any other shoes, if I ordered, would fall under that restriction.
So, beware. Take photos of the shoes before you try them on.
